Our facility is located in the north central part of the Marcellus Shale formation, which is currently a "hotbed" of activity for abstractors, landmen, siesmic testing, drilling, and pipeline construction.  Based on availability we offer daily, weekly, monthly, or seasonal rates to accommodate your temporary stay in our area.  The map below reflects the Marcellus area.  We are located on the northern border of Pennsylvania in McKean County.  Contact us to discuss accommodations for you, your crew, or your family.
